What is collected

When you buy: Stripe, acting as merchant of record through its Link service, collects your email address, name, billing address and payment details on its own secure pages and issues the receipt. We never receive your card number. Stripe passes us your email address, name, country, the product bought and the amount paid, and keeps its own records under its privacy policy. You can ask Stripe to delete your Link purchase data through Link support.
When you download: the download link is a signed token containing your Stripe order reference. Nothing is logged about the download beyond standard server logs.
When you use the contact form or the recovery page: the name, email and message you type are emailed to us. The recovery page only ever sends links to the email Stripe has on record.
When you visit: the web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for a short period, for security and debugging only. No analytics service runs on the site.

How it is used

To deliver the file you bought, send you the download email and any update or fix, answer your messages, and keep the accounting records the law requires. Nothing is sold, shared for marketing, or used to build a profile. There is no newsletter unless you ask for one in writing.

Where it lives and for how long

Order records live in Stripe. Emails live in our mailbox. Neither is kept in a database of ours. Order and email records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. This website itself stores no personal data.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies needed to process a payment and prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, through the contact form. We answer within 30 days. Where records must be kept by law we will tell you so.

The software itself

PSC runs inside Sierra Chart on your computer. It makes no network connections and sends nothing to us or anyone else.
