Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. PSC is a digital file delivered the moment payment clears, so it cannot be returned. Payment is processed by Stripe’s Link as merchant of record; Link may, under its own consumer rules, refund a purchase within 60 days in specific cases. Requests of that kind go to Link support, not to us, and are decided by Link.

Decide before you pay

Everything needed to judge the product is public before purchase:

• the interactive replica on the home page, which runs the same arithmetic and shows the same labels and buttons as the study;
• real screenshots and screen recordings from Sierra Chart;
• the full documentation, including every setting, and the list of known limitations;
• the system requirements: Windows, 64-bit Sierra Chart, built and tested on version 2800.

If it does not work

If the study will not load or will not calculate on a supported Sierra Chart installation, that is our problem to fix. Use the contact form with your Sierra Chart version, the symbol and what you see, and we will get it running with you.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

If you were charged twice for the same edition, or bought Standard and Pro within minutes intending to buy only one, contact us within 7 days with the receipt and we will put it right.

Lost download links

Links expire for your protection but can be re-issued free at any time from the recovery page. Losing a link is never a reason to buy again.
